Bounty Submissions:: Python Bounty
That list is all fine by me. But whom have the mandate to cancel the present bounty (or make changes to it)? I belive making an update/change to the old one would be the easyest solution.

I belive it would be apropriate to contact the people already donating to it if it is possible to reach then in any way.

perhaps someone in aros exec know who they are ?

Ezrec: That would be much appreciated. Thank you for your hard work. I think that with AHCI more hardware will boot AROS :)

Thanks, it sounds like a developers dream come true.
In the end it sounds like Aros will not be left out too much when it comes to getting apps.
At least the tools are there.
Bounty Submissions:: MorphUP
Hi Mazze,

I'd say: Go ahead with the porting. I, for one, would
definitely use it. UnArc has always been my archiver of
choice, and MorphUp just looks slightly more advanced
version of it.

If it's not too difficult, otherwise there are, of course,
other already existing alternatives.

Thanks.

Regards,
Kotler
Bounty Submissions:: ACPI
Indeed, AROS doesnt itself do anything to preserve power. If your BIOS is configured to setup certain things then they will probably be active still while running AROS.

ACPI is only currently used at all on x86_64 builds - and even then so far it is only used to find extra processor cores. Im trying to get the Intel ACPI parser/compiler etc compiled into acpi.resource atm but its no small task (for me atleast..)

Bounty Submissions:: Easy Touch Pad bounty
Hi Coolcat,
AROS works brilliantly with 'Egalax' type USB 4-wire resistive touchscreens via the wonder of poseidon. I'm using one daily on my homebrew PicoITX UMPC and it works better than under Windows. I've been promising this for a while, but I will get a video up on YouTube to show how good it is in the next couple of weeks.

Cheers,
Nigel.
