I'd say it would be a lot more economical to ship just the board (and maybe RAM). The drive and PSU might add a lot to the weight, and people might prefer to use their own drive anyway.

I've attached an archive with some bug-fixed components:
- emul-handler: fixes crash when opening "Host:" drive.
- alsa.audio: fixes crash when libasound2 (i386) isn't installed on the host.
- x11gfx.hidd: fixes a race condition that may cause crashes at startup.

The AWUS036H may work with realtek8180.device. You can't change it easily as a user, but if it's just a case of a missing ID, I can add it for you.
