WinUAE 3.4.1 Beta 4 (25 March)

WinUAE 3.4.1 Beta 4(64Bit) (25 March)

New features::

- BPLCON4 bitplane XOR values didn't affect background color between end of bitplanes and end of horizontal diw.
- FPU packed decimal datatype conversions are now accurately emulated. (AG). Softfloat mode is now mostly complete.
- -serlog command line parameter without -log now only logs serial output (and reads serial input).
- Lightpen emulation absolute coordinate HID pointing device support. (For example Aimtrak Light Gun) No extra configuration needed, absolute coordinates are automatically used in lightpen mode.
- American Laser Games second player light gun support added. ALG #2 horizontal/vertical input event.
- Fixed buffer overflow when screen was extremely wide internally with bitplane dma overrun.
- Escape old style directory and hardfile paths if it contains "," (which is config file separator)
- Bitplane overrun didn't work in lines that didn't have any other chip bus accesses or when mode was non-CE.

AmiSSL 4.1 Release

This is version 4.1 of the AmiSSL library for Amiga based operating systems and the first public open-source based release of AmiSSL. Version 4.x is a new major release which comes with full compatibility to the OpenSSL 1.1.x line which includes important security related fixes and comes with new encryption ciphers which are required nowadays to connect to modern SSL-based services (e.g. HTTPS). However, due to fundamental changes in the API between the old AmiSSLv3 and new v4 versions and the large changes between the old OpenSSL 0.9.x and the new OpenSSL 1.1.x line applications have to be recompiled with
the updated AmiSSL SDK to take full advantage of the modernized OpenSSL 1.1.x API. Besides that fundamental change, AmiSSLv4 can be installed on top of a AmiSSLv3 installation while still ensuring that applications compiled for AmiSSLv3 will continue to work properly.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
This release comes with binaries for the AmigaOS4/PPC and AmigaOS3/m68k platform only. Unfortunately, due to lack of motivated developers we couldn't provide native binaries for the MorphOS/PPC or AROS (PPC, i386, x86_64) platform in time. If you are, however, interested in seeing AmiSSL v4 being ported for these other Amiga-based platforms, please try to find motivated and talented developers who could join our team as proper maintainers for these alternative platforms. In addition, if you are a MorphOS or AROS developer
yourself, feel free to send proper pull requests to see your platform supported in one of the next releases or please consider joining our team.

Requirements:

AmigaOS 4.0+/PPC, AmigaOS 3.0+/68020+ or MorphOS

Changes:

Updated OpenSSL backend to full compatibility to latest OpenSSL 1.1.0e (16.02.2017) version.
MorphOS can now be selected as an install target with the OS3/m68k version being installed. For a native PPC version we would require some work to be done by some talented MorphOS developers.
Added some m68k asm replacement code for potentially speeding up BN calculation routines.
Added AmiUpdate compatibility.
included a newlib compiled version of libamisslauto.a.
Minor improvements/Fixes for install script.

Please find the necessary installation archive as a lha archive file attached to this release. The file size of this file is 5.6 MB and the SHA256 checksum for it is:

So if I understand well, your def_script.info recognizes a script when the 'S' bit is set?

Yes, just that the default was set as an icon Project and I changed to program icon. However, you can manage the two functions, see video exhaustive:

Change script icon

This happens because there is no right assignment a "def_script.info", on my AFA OS works well I created the right icon, look at my videos.

@Pasquale
A script can also be run directly as if it were an executable without the project icon support (IconX).
A script can be converted into executable by adding "S" "Protection Bits"

WinUAE 3.4.1 Beta 3 (13 March)

WinUAE 3.4.1 Beta 3 (64Bit) (13 March)

New features:

- M-Tec AT-500 Megabody v1.33 ROM added. Slightly different than M-Tec AT-500 v1.33w ROM.
- Debugger now shows softfloat mode FPU register contents correctly, also both internal binary format and decimal value is shown.
- More FPU updates and fixes. Arithmetic/unimplemented instruction/datatype exceptions should be mostly complete now. (AG)
- FPU packed decimal format conversions are now accurately emulated (AG)
- JIT FPU works properly again.
- Bitplane overrun emulation was wrong if line didn't have any custom register changes.
- Tablet/touch screen lightpen emulation. (Game Ports panel -> Insert Touchscreen light pen -virtual device in either port) Only listed if Windows touch API or wintab compatible tablet or touch screen is detected.
- Added lightpen_crosshair config entry, set it to false (true is default) to disable yellow lightpen targeting cursor.
- Multiple gfxboards didn't work (b2).
- Fastest possible mode was very slow in some situations (b2)
- Slirp updates merged from Basilisk II.
- Final MSVC 2017 compiled.

M-Tec AT-500 v1.33 vs M-TEC AT-500 v1.33w:
- v1.33w is from external M-Tec AT-500, v1.33 from Megabody.
- w = word? v1.33w uses MOVE.W, v1.33 uses MOVE.L in unrolled transfer loop code.
- ROM has 2 16k banks, one for autoboot off mode, other for autoboot on mode.
- Oddly enough v1.33 and v1.33w have same autoboot off 16k bank. Unused driver code and version strings are 100% identical ("v1.33w").
