Although you didn't use the most encouraging words ever... what is the status of fwriter port? Is the project still alive? It would be a pity if it never succeed. Not counting your 'waste' of money...

Yes it's still alive there's just a lot to do yet.

couldnt that be fixed, with certificate? does that cost money? its a bit annoying nevertheless..

Yes but I don't have access to the server. I only have the scripts which I run on my own server for the feeds.

I need to switch the rssreader to jason's git however there are a few changes I need to make to make it work with github.

Perhaps a dumb question, but would it not make more sense to tap from trac rss feed ?

I guess I should answer this. I can't use trac since the certificate fails and the users will always get a blank list. :(

Hi. I am more concerned by the fact that the little commit log in the home page is stuck at 22 avril, and that the last downloadable build for ABIv0 i386 is more than 1 month old now.

Switched to the github atom feed. :) I need to change a couple more things to change though.

Is anyone able to contact him directly to see what he actually needs?

We are trying to drum up some support, but unless someone is communicating with him, or he posts here, its hard to know if the funds even reach him at this point...?

I assume they do, but just curious what the state of affairs is for him in that regard.

700gbp catches him up

@wawa,

Sorry, in my haste I missed your original proposal. No reason we couldn't do both. power2people has an 'AROS Development Fund' which accepts monthly payments.

A separate fund could be created or with the agreement of the other devs, perhaps the AROS Develeopment Fund itself could be used to help him out?

However he doesn't get paid till the 7th of the month iirc.
