I can reproduce the crash. It happens when I enable JIT. Try to remove the line
jit_compiler = 1

1st)
ExecuteStartup executes all programs in sys:WBStartup. Do you still get the error if you remove all programs from that drawer?

2nd)
That's probably the same error I got when I tried to install AROS under FS-UAE. After some fiddling with the settings it worked. Maybe it was just increasing the RAM.

#include <stdio.h>

int main(void)

LONG error ParsePatternNoCase("a\x82"destsizeof dest);

printf("error %d dest %s %x\n"errordestdest[1]);

prints:

error 0 dest A* 82
where * is a rectangle.

olaf, if you want to use the sdl programs on 68k you need to disable ahi sound. there is some bug in sdl.library threads implementation which apparently causes a race condition, which effectively leads to program crash with division by 0.

i think i ve found the place, but i dont know how to fix it. i have only reported it to dev ml so far.

I've uploaded snapshots of the ports to
http://www.aros.org/snapshots1.php
i386, x86_64 and m68k (ABIv1 only).

M68k is a disaster. I have the division by zero error, too. Some games allow to disable sound but then there are other issues like mouse events not recognized (tested on fs-uae).

Thanks. Any chance they'll end back up on the homepage?

I want to give Terminills a chance to sort out the issue. If not we could write our own RSS parser.
TRAC has a RSS feed:

Hi. I am more concerned by the fact that the little commit log in the home page is stuck at 22 avril...

I need to switch the rssreader to jason's git however there are a few changes I need to make to make it work with github.

The commits section on www.aros.org is empty.

The server from where it's fetched is down:

One way to get the cross compilers is to build AROS from source code. Of course, if you want to run the binaries under Icaros you must use the ABIv0 branch.

.so/dll libraries are foreign to any Amiga-like OS (except AmigaOS4 which AFAIK has some support for .so).

Can't you just use Amiga-style libraries? The easiest way would be to use the AROS build system as shown in the posting from slicer.

OTOH, the libraries can be created manually. You have to create a ROMTAG structure and some header files.

Mazze, no mobile/touch support? ;)

Source code is public. It would be nice if someone adds mobile/touch support and sends it back to me.
