For thickies like me, can somebody explain this so I can get excited to, it is obviously something I missed.

Edit: Done some research and VERY GOOD NEWS, and last nail in the coffin for Aros needs 68k emulation integration. Very nice.

If i understand it correctly it's the emumigarun command that runs the origianl Amiga 68K clock application. I can of course be totally wrong.

from their page:
Emumiga is a Motorola MC68000 emulator and a system interface proxy for AROS. Our goal is to run AmigaOS 3.x applications directly in AROS without emulating the Amiga chipset and without a copyrighted Amiga ROM image. These two things are what separates it from the noble effort of integrating UAE into AROS.

Having read this site, it will be amazing when OS friendly 68k apps run seamlessly on Aros as if another Aros app. Will the small minority of OS4 and MorphOS users look at their feet and say now what can we moan about.

Way to go :)

Yep, that is correct. emumigarun is the frontend of the emulator. It loads the first argument as a Amiga HUNK exe file and passes on the rest of the arguments as arguments to the emulated program.

emumigarun is just a small program parsing the command line and invoking the emulation core that is built as a library: emumiga.library.

The library inits all subsystem on load and sets up a master emulation process in the background that does all cpu emulation and memory tricks.

There is a log reading frontend too: readlog that is used to hook on to the emulator to see debug messages.

And BTW, thanks all for the encouraging comments!
I'm working hard right now on getting Clock to run.

Also, it should be mentioned that when all of this is complete, the loader in AROS could be enhanced to load HUNK files and run them via this library. When that happens, AmigaOS m68k binaries are "first class citizens" in AROS. The process will have the correct name and so on. Then we only need an AROS version of AREXX...

And clusteruk, it's more like the _first_ nail in the coffin, so far.
