A test case would probably be useful to the OWB developers. Is there a particular website that's likely to cause a crash?

@paolone

He has 640MB in total (see first post).

No I don't need to do soft reboot with 1.4 ...BUT I still
have to use ctrl+alt+del when the grub goes off the screen.
If I don't do that, after the grub screen i get nothing, no boot. At least I don't have to use the DVD anymore...
As for the ram, as i wrote, i use two 256 (133) and one 128 (133 too ofcourse)
And No, there is not one particular website... it crashes
everytime and at any site. And it has to do with OWB.
SabreMSN works fine!

Just as a note. I don't think anyone have used Odessey as much as I have, considering beta testing etc. From what I remember Odessey crashed two times with a cpu error requester.
I'm using ACER aspire one 110 with 1.5G memory.

So you think it's a hardware problem?

Odyssey has crashed only three times since, and in the case of heavy streaming TV channels simultaniously while browsing the web.

Also I noticed, such crashes happen only when activating its windows/tabs after not using it for a while. but having not previuosly closed. So, may be, it's not Odyssey guilty, but MUI (Zune).

Doc..: Yes, most likely it is something with your hardware that AROS does not like.

It seems to crash when the mouse is over a button and the ballon appears. I have some fast link. Maybe is Zune related.

2DoctorGalifrean:

I am not a developer, but following simple logic: try to run any other app, which utilizes Zune rather heavily. If there would be problems-that's it. Then You need to look into zune libs.

Also, it may depend on the use of videocard. Usually booting in VESA mode is bug-free at all. Try to boot in VESA mode and see, what will happen with OWB.

I had OWB crash with a "Please insert Disk 7" error. But that was the only crash I've had, and I've had AROS up and running full time for 3 days.
