1. Will there be a 32 bit version?

2. How would you describe the present version of Aros 64 SMP?
Alpha, beta, release.

3. Is it possible to port something like Doom3 to it and it run well?

4. If one has to recompile software for it, is there any thing special one has to do to get software to run?

5. Is it true that software is not automatically multi-core aware?

6. Will emulators benefit from being multi-core aware?

7. How will this OS be able to enter to say a server environment? Utilities?

8. Are there any Nvidia drivers for high end cards for this OS?

Thanks.

I already have it built for the SMP branch..

Use task.resource if you need to query information about what tasks are running, and clear msgports completely when they are allocated.

Ask emulator authors..

Not a realistic target currently.

Not currently - we still have old nouveau code that only supports upto ~9xxx series properly.

Hello.
Has anyone tried Aros SMP on a dual core Aspire or similare?
I am not for sure if Net Books are even made any more.
Watching Aros... ... Scrap Parts 1.

I noticed that my Gigabyte board boots slowly. It pauses for a while with CPU info. I also noticed that one core is at 99.9% and the other is at 0. This is also while rendering and idle.
Aros smp October 13, 2017.
Is Aros SMP able to run povray smp?
Thanks.
