Hopefully, if the postal system helps, an Amiga with a Vampire 500 will be in exhibit at CommVEx 2017 in Las Vegas.

Then I'll know for sure about performance and compatibility of the board.

nothing to be thankful for. you are interested though to write roadmaps for others.

I've ordered and tomorrow arrives this new toy: Beelink AP34 Apollo Lake N3450 MINI PC

It's an Apollo core based too, as you can see, but I think it'll give me a much better Amiga experience, thanks to the incredible work which Toni Wilen did.

good luck, but who cares what you run your uae on?

I don't see how the two things are logically related. But we know how logic tends to disappear when people are involved in something (by being part of or "just" being fanatic of).

Anyway, I've already asked to Olaf and I can do the same with: you can tell me what's wrong with my statements.

Come on: it's an Apollo core too! Only a bit more powerful, and quite cheaper (got an offer for 160€).

You talk about UAE, but what should really count is the Amiga experience and not how to achieve it.

y = f(x)

I give x as input, and I receive y as output. But I don't care about f.

For f, I prefer WinUAE which IMO (M = MY. Just to stress the point) gives the best experience:
- fully functional CPU with FPU and MMU;
- very fast;
- fully compatible;
- plenty of RAM (both fast and chip);
- plenty of devices (storage, joysticks/pads, etc);
- RTG;

I can execute whatever Amiga platform and games & applications I want. That's the fun.

@cdimauro

You have expressed your opinion good enough now. Please note, that only a few people share your opinion and you will not change their minds. Thats all!
