Hi,

Just tried this

https://www.amazon.co.uk/XCSOURCE-RTL8 ... ernet-AC331/dp/B01ER2Z2JA

Got the F revision version instead but works.

Hello!
Excellent videos I must say. I've been a penguin guy for the last 20 years but my roots are in the good old A500/A1200 and these videos really got me going.
(Linux isn't very odd anymore, and most things just works.. no challenge)

Unfortunately I threw away all my old PC's some years ago but I have some laptops (Thinkpad 410i and HP G7000) that I might check out. Otherwise I'll just have to try to find some nice hardware in the Swedish webstores, as far as I understand old Nvidia cards are preferable?
My question is, as usual I guess, wifi? I hate cables in my house, what are my options?
I'm kind of excited to get an AROS box up & running and maybe a write some code on it.

Regards

Hi,

Some tests have been done with the current Nouveau driver, are they typical?

https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Aros/Pla ... nouveau.hidd_.28nvidia.29

New renderers for NV50 and NVC0 could mean that later graphic cards could get seriously better.

That would actually be great, I'm having a hard time finding cards like this:

eVGA GeForce GTX 460 Super Clocked (1024 MB) EE (External Exhaust) Graphics Card NVidia up to GTX460)

Guess I'll better give ebay some more attention and try to get my hands on a used one.

Thanks for making the videos. I wish I could make my own videos. I do have a camera, yet getting the time to do it. It seems to be a struggle.
