@wawa

SVN sources are available daily.
I just downloaded an archive towards the end of last year. The sources I used are from late Oct. to early Nov. (cant recall).

Im not really one for following recommendations or suggestions. Theyre just that,.... recommendations and suggestions
I tend to work based on what's best for me and in this case just getting deadwood's work to compile and manually merging newer sources works fine.
Just how much can be merged, and whether those mergers prove useful is yet to be seen.

@thread

Best just to continue as is Deadwood's work is all we have. What I'm doing is for my own educational purposes. If something useful comes from it then great, but that's not really my agenda.

I simply thougt best to sync the work a bit. Since checking the repo at least with git have few branches to choose from and as you say its best to pick up where deadwood left.

Currently im working my way solving linking issues towards copiling odyssey with aros build system, which is time consuming because of cmake frequenly wants to rebuild the whole target from the start.

But i think soon it would be worth to work together perhaps directly in deadwood repo. It seems the source might need some restructuring to have clean targets, what concerns aros and morphos mui particularly. Here kalamatee might serve with some guidance, especially since he made some progress on this. And since he and other devs are monitoring dev ml it might be worth to register there.

@wawa

Oh, definitely. If it gets to a point anything I do here is useful, and I get comfortable tampering with the "official" branch, then I'll do so.
