Hello dear Scotch,
what's wrong?
take things slowly,
to the people who think negative that the buttonhole pete,
You're in love with Aros,
but you should not eat it all the time,
first the family,
spend more time with them attend them,
and relax with the AROS,
the head asks you for a relaxing break in summer with your family,
you are reborn from your ashes like the fenix bird,
you are a fighter and the fighters hold the criticism,
remember that they hit you,
You know how you hit harder doing what you like,
You've been at AROS for a long time, so you can give up all the work you've done!
Now that more people start driving AROS, you are going to abandon,
come to continue with two balls,
We go to AROS for the dream that always existed.

Sorry if I said something wrong.

It would be a pity if you leave AROS.

This sucks big time!

This is probably the last nail in the AROS coffin!

Kalamate, please reconsider your decision. I'm sure more then 99 % in here support and appreciate your long lasting work for AROS!

Hi to you all!
It was a long time since i didn't opened this page amd read, and what do i see? Kalamatee is forced to go by some people rants? It means my favourite os could have a damage by the same bullshit i find in other places? Kalamatee please wait. You're one of the best here. Aros is not only an os but a community of people, just some kind of dream. Please, stay.

one just leaves the net for a weekend and see what gives? as if i knew something will get messed up big time. hate to say that, but with virtually no dedicated developer left this project is dead in the water.

Apparently replacing my broken hardware with suitable components to continue developing is "cheating people out of their money" - and since I cant afford to replace them myself, I see no point in trying to continue with what has been an expensive and time consuming hobby.

Wow, that's a well-deserverd over-reaction against a community that already tried to do what it could, to help and support you: somebody discusses with you about processors specs on the technical side, and you leave the whole project.

Just to make things clear, here I have a spare Ryzen 5 processor I haven't yet used for any pourpose. I asked if you could use a Ryzen processor, instead of the Intel one you chose, just because I was considering to hand it over to you. Obviously, I would have asked somebody else to provide the mainboard, but I wouldn't start any request if it wouldn't be of use.

I myself do not use (or need) hardware in my job as expensive as Kalamatee asked, he says he needs it but I was sceptical that there would be enough contributors for that amount of money. Perhaps Kalamatee already was disappointed that people were not willing to give him the hardware he asked for, then perhaps the senseless discussions were the final point for him to drop Aros.

Neil is working on AROS and does many things among others. Yes, we need more devs but to say it is dead cause Kal is gone is wrong!

I still think we will be back. Kal can never stay out of this project for long :)

Realy good to see many new people recently showing interest in the project. More interest now that in looong time. With more interest there will for sure be life in the project.

Just see what wawa managed with Odyssey web-browser as nikolas
managed to update our SSL version.

It may and I'm just guessing here have more to do with him being accused of scamming the community.
