Unable to run hosted AROS ABIv1

Tried today to build and run AROS hosted (ABIv1). Build succeeded but when running AROSBootstrap I get this:

"Display driver(s) failed to initialize. Entering emergency shell.
EndCLI will quit AROS."

What linux distro are you using? I seem to recall you should get some sort of additional information regarding 'what' made it fail to draw, such as:

"couldn't open 'libXxf86vm.so.1': libXxf86vm.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

My Linux is the same old Fedora 28 that AROS hosted used to run on.

I always build AROS to a directory which my script deletes and makes before build.

EDIT: A few days ago the system was updated with a new version of GCC, now it is "gcc version 8.1.1 20180712 (Red Hat 8.1.1-5) (GCC)" I don't know if that has something to do with it.

okay...

I think I know whats wrong...

I am assuming that at some point GNOME was updated to use Wayland, there should be a compatibility layer for x11 on it but for me it doesn't work.

I'll try to log on using x11 and test it again, otherwise AROS needs a Wayland driver...

I logged in without using the Wayland, but still no output.

I had turned on all debug on x11 driver and no output logs...

Turned out that AROSBootstrap.conf was missing the line "module Devs/Drivers/x11gfx.hidd"

Is it missing only on my build? My build is clean so it should be missing on everyone building the ABIv1 hosted.

EDIT: Reading the svn logs emul.handler should load the x11gfx.hidd, but it's not doing it here...

usually to enable x11 you need few dedicated headers on host and one or two extra configure flags, which ones i dont recall right now. its all on aros site, which is now offline.
i think most people who compile themselves use or switched to sdl, like me, cause it is easier, doesnt need long configuration, and instead gets detected and enabled by configure script automatically.

okay...

"Have you done a clean build?", "Yes, yes, of course" me said... "It's all Vanilla" me said...

Dumb as I am I overlooked that there was an error log...

I had my sorry ass stlview zune class trying to be build and as it does not build now it took down half the Workbench/Wanderer build with it...

Build the AROS hosted on x11 side and it all worked fine there. Then I relogged on the Wayland side and it won't run... :(

[Bootstrap] Entering kernel at 0x40b41000...
[KRN] Protecting host process stack (0x00007ffde24e0aa0 - 0x00007ffde24eaaa0)
XError 8 (Major=73, Minor=0) task = X11
BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)

Not compatible with the XWayland... or something...

Now I need to be logged in with the x11 in order for AROS hosted to be able to run.
