Before I make more videos I like to have ready AspireOS (AROS distribution) version that is configured for use with this laptop.
It will also work with ACER aspire one 110, 150.

I will have it ready within this week.

After this is ready I show you how to configure network and as requested show you joysticks that work with AspireOS.

Also a detalied video of ways to use AspireOS is comming up together with demonstrations of 68k Amiga emulation and many more.

That will be great! My laptop just shipped so I might see it late this week or early next. I'm hoping my little wireless controller will work with it. It's a cheap snes knockoff controller that works great on Linux.

Tommy: It might but I would prefer some analogue stick for Amiga or MAME games.

Something like this:

Have you also bought supported WiFi card for replacement?

Yeah.. I already received the wifi card. It came quick!

I like these little portable controllers. Here's the one I have that works so well on Linux (super cheap.. shipped directly from China).

Maybe we could do a survey and see what controller people like best. I love the nostalgia of the old atari style but those really suck to play with imo (hand gets tired really quickly). I do like the sticks like you show but they are expensive.

Tommy: Let's hope your controller is supported. Wireless is at least no problem I think. I have one controller that works with AROS that is wireless. The questions if it behave like it should.

You can find out from trident. I can also make a video of how to do that :D

Sure it is also simply to test it with lets say some Amiga game from Janus-UAE and if it works it works.

AROS and MorphOS has the same usb stack so I guess this list also apply for AROS. At least where it say USB driver: hid

https://library.morph.zone/Hardware_Compatibility#Gamepads

This also apply for AROS about how to use game controllers.
I might not need to make a video about that then :)

Hey.. I made an image over the weekend to practice the upcoming Blender release (2.8). If you would like to use it for anything Aros related, you have my permission. I can even put AROS glowing across her sword there if you want.
