About 6 months ago I had purchased a few PCI wireless cards to try with AROS in a desktop PC. (the vendor and manufactuer websites weren't very forthcoming with what chipset was on the cards) and even though they were "atheros" they didn't work properly with the driver and my DSL router back then...
But now I can say that these two cards now function (with DHCP and WEP) as tested with the updated wireless networking software version included in the recent Aspire distro... DLink AirPlus G DWL-G510/RE Wireless G Desktop Adapter NETGEAR RangeMax WPN311 802.11g Desktop PCI card
