Another self reply lol..
Well i deleted everything from Development: folder and reInstall and than worked and that mede me think the installer i used skipped some of the c++ includes/ so there was nothing wrong g++ and it was a FALSE ALERT and please ignore.... also learned that installer can skip some times and i have now added newInstaller from me to aros community soon after i finish with few of my unfinnished projects.
