You do know this is the definition of insanity right?

Trying the same thing over and over and expecting different result.

This is your what no. attempt with cryptocurrency now?

At the risk of coming accross as a dick (not my intention, but at the same time I dont really care if someone chooses to be offended) I recommend you just give it up.
It's abundantly clear that no-one in the "Amiga-verse" is interested.
Surely you must realize this by now?
What else can pretty much zero responses over several years mean?

Far be it for me to tell you how to spend your time, but if you didn't realize yet it's wasted time when talking to amiga-oid fans about cryptocurrency.

The first attempt . Indiecoin is comparable to Xbox coins or wii shop coins.
Zero response in Aros Land just means that that Aros land is to small : )

Whatever .. you get it wrong. We earn money with crypto and tried to share with amigans. If they don’t get it, it is not my fault and if you Check my last 1.5 years I absolutely don’t care : )
I am just informing.

I think you are being too harsh. Maybe Phoenixconsole don't always has the best ideas, but he is helping a lot, and this one look like a good idea afterall. At least I am a bit interested

Thanks : )

@beezle
The idea was to attract outsiders to get funding for our „hobby“
Not the opposite. So we serve a bigger market and take some money of it to pay our „hobby“ projects.

I am not trying to convince any amigan. They will get option to use it.

If you check Masternodes.online and select roi, you will find that we are in the top 15 Coins. Today we had 1800+ masternodes online.

Let me do my job and you will see 100 new Aros users a week ..
well they may not really be interested at first about the os but you can count them as users.

Whatever... it was about getting funds. Seems to work.

Pheonix: Good job.

Beezle should rather do some stuff for Amiga or AROS instead of complaining and come with negative comments.

@nikolaos

Ah,... so one of those who chose to be offended then?

Seeing as youre incapable of interpereting for yourself, let me do it for you (so sad that people are so stupid that they need basic logic explained to them).....

Phoenixkonsole is wasting his time here. Its blatantly obvious.

Who is more constructive, the person who continues to let someone waste their time, or the person who tells the time waster that nothing is coming of it.

Personally Id prefer to live in reality than let people continue with delusion.

Not all truth is easy to swallow, but its a damn site more constructive to point it out so the person can move on than it is to let the person continue with pointless delusions.

Lets come back to it in 12 months when its yet another failed attempt and discuss it.

Ever notice that the key players in AROS, those who have really influenced things and made things happen are always deadly quiet when it comes to these sorts of things? This isn't by coincidence. They just know that it's all delusion. Only difference between them and me in this regard is they have more tact, so simply remain quiet.

Also, why the heck would I want to do anything for a community that insults me for pointing out the obvious and offering advice? Screw that.

I understood your point and see it as friendly gesture.
I am not offended. Everything is fine : )

You just misunderstood the idea. I am not trying to convince people here. I try to convice others and cary Aros with us.

As if you run a company and hire the son of your brother which didn’t find a job. It doesn’t really matter how good he is . He will participate.

So there is no fail. I am just keeping you informed here.

You are right : if we would target amigans only, it would be dead from the beginning. We don’t. We take them with us.

Simply math:
Amiga users estimated „3000“
Interested in crypto: 2%
Target: 60 people

Cryptoinvestors: 5.000.000
Lets say you convince 2%
Target: 100000

Now if your company earns by providing and or running Masternodes, cloud mining and so on, you can take a bit of the money to work on niche device

In Apple Land it could be compared to Apple TV and Mac mini .
The not so successful but carried products.

Beezle: Not offended at all. It just seams you are good at negative comments both here and at amigaworld and it does not help. Either you are with us or better go elsewhere.

Do you compare yourself with key devs? Have you ever committed anything to aros source code? You did a few ports long time ago.

https://www.livecoinwatch.com/price/Teloscoin-TELOS

I am giftig 1000 telos to everyone who contributed to AROS.
Just in case... we will start with PR in 4-5 days.

I mean with contribution: code, creating a bounty, porting apps and or creation of original apps and managing a distribution.
Clusteruk would count to because he contributed with imica and related projects
Also creating logos and images for AROS.org qualifies.
Hosting AROS-exec and build servers qualifies ...

And more .. just ask

I may „likely“ decide to create a monthly payout fund for continuous contribution.

I can’t to more from my site.. : )
It is up to you to make use of it or not
