This is got to be my quickest port ever. Impulse called my attention to Mark Olsen's MorphOS RTCW port. I jumped on it right away, and here is the result. We don't have dynload.library on AROS, so I replaced the .so loading functions with Hyperion's DLL-loader written for the Amiga version of Quake2. I also used some code from Deadwood's Quake3 port.
There are a few small bugs to track down, but I'm going to release the binaries soon!

Nah, all the credit goes to the guys I mentioned in my first post. I just stitched things together
Sadly I managed to trash my el-cheapo noname microsd card I installed AROS on, so I'm limited to virtualbox again. It means my framerate is somewhere between 1 and 0 in 640x480. That is actually decent for softpipe, but makes testing a real pain. I bet I could get about 7 fps from it, if I could get the darn game to use some lower resolution. It defaults to 640x480 or the workbench resolution in full screen, and I can't change it via editing the config file or from the menu. The other nasty bug is that is floods the console with NET_GetPacket warning messages.

Okay, since I have no patience to hunt down these bugs, let's call it a day.

Download the binaries. (alternate location, because Ultraweb down right now)

If you find any bugs, don't hesitate to post 'em here.

I second that! This would make a great box-art! It would be a sin not to use it in the AROS specific readme
