Next release is planned for next weekend. It will be the last soft-float build.
Next target is Deadwood's "stable-ARMhf-ABI" - stable is meant for the ABI changes - it needs testing.

This allows start porting apps and games over to ARM.
Every coder and user is than invited to port/recompile any existing bit of AROS software over to the ARM version. I will put the money earned by selling AEROS sd-cards and a bit of my own in.

This is my small little Hitlist so far (feel free to add your favorite app):
Directoy Opus Magellan (150€)
OWB (250€)
Mplayer (50€)
JanusUAE (UAE maybe based on UAE4All 68k core?? ) (250€)
HostGL for ARM (250€)

I think it smells like bounties so other can add some money too ; )

I'll check if I can add it to the "ports" directory which I have recently mentioned.

The SDK is not publicly available yet as it is a BETA version. If you are interested, please contact me. I also suggest you choose to work with a crosscompiler from Linux. While the native SDK is available, compiling on rPi is painfully slow.

@mazze
is every opensource license ok?

@deadwood
yes compiling on the Pi is really slow. Cross compiling is the way to go.
Bszilli asked for some help to get a crosscompiler set up on Linux or Windows.

Maybe you both could find some time to set it up for him.
Bszilli has also an EfikaMX but it isn't a speed monster either.

It has GPL license:
http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/info.html

That's OK for applications. GPL would only be a problem if we would create e.g. a shared library.
