OK, when I'm back on that machine a bit later on I'll try that.

Cheers,
Nigel.

Hi ALB42,
Yes - that seems to have fixed the problem. I droped the tiles to 100 and then repeated the test with no crash. Many thanks!

Cheers,
Nigel.

@ntromans

thanks for the feedback. I try to optimize the whole loading and image keeping (more for 68k but of course the other platforms will also benefit from it)

At least in UAE it already works rather ok

Mapparium 0.2

Now all Amiga Systems supported.

0.2

  • ADD: Show Height/Speed map of recorded tracks
  • ADD: Marked position in curve mark also on the map
  • ADD: Support for KML/KMZ Loading
  • FIX: Optimized image keeping

Download at Mapparium Page

Have fun!

@ALB42

I am very impressed. Keep it up!

I just wish, I'd have the time to take a closer look at your programs and your free pascal port in general.

Thanks for the comments.

some older wishes, sorry I didnt comment them:

@x-vision:

until now I didn't thought to route planning, but maybe would be possible.

@jeffrey1138

same as for x-vision, route planing would be possible, already found a usable API for it sor maybe I will include it.

I thought about to include some kind of GPS support, but I have no idea how to do, my GPS device has serial interface and it seems the serial to USB interface is not ready to use, and usb, no idea how to use a USB device. (if even possible)
