What is the most intensely graphical game for Aros that would use an Nvidia card?

Doom3 or Scud Racer/Daytona USA/Virtua Fighters3.

Supermodel (the emulator that runs the above games) seems to need more resources for those 3 games.

There's also the 3d game maker and associated games which can be a bit heavy. Needs more than 2 gig ram for starters.

We also have Gish, Quake III and Return to castle wolfenstein + more but as Beezle say Doom III would be the most demanding game.

Wow, thanks for the information.
I was thinking Doom III was up there on the list.
I notice I can get it off of Steam for about 5 bucks.
My AM2 machine is not used much any more. It would not be hard to hook up.
I have a 6600GT card but remember my Socket 754 ran it well with a FX5200. I think.
edit:
DukeNukem Forever looks good and has lower Hardware Requirements. Unfortunately no Game Engine.

I played Doom3 all those years ago on a gforce5700 ultra, on Windows. There's absolutely no way it'll be playable on AROS with a 5200

Might run well in places, narrow straight corridors with no or few monsters, but when the game really heats up a 5200 will stand no chance

Hmm, I wonder if the AMD cpu had anything to do with the speed being as fast as it was.
Oh well, no big deal really.
I need to get a better card anyway.
I guess my PNY GT240 with 512 MB ram is still not supported in Aros.
Old high end cards are pretty cheap these days.

I need to stick to Star Wars and Star Trek and others.

I like Cube and Sauerbraten, I need to put those into things to do list.
I wish I new how far along Aros SMP is as to whether or not Doom3 could be ported and make use of multiple cores.

The video drivers are not up to date, I believe.

I joined Patreon the other day. I hope the money will add up to some cool updates and upgrades.
