VICE for AROS progress

| I'm the person responsible for the AROS port of VICE.
Recently I finally got the display to work on both 32bit and 16bit displays using WritePixelArray, this was cause AROS mostly doesn't support direct access to the bitmap.

At this time my test version only works on native, and there are still some AROS specific issues for me to work out, including getting it to work on hosted.
I'll be working on it, and there will certainly be more to come.
